Air India Seat Sale from Toronto to New Delhi!

Customers looking to buy a cheap India flight are facing different challenges from Vancouver and Toronto.  From Western Canada, the lowest-priced carrier for the last few weeks has been Air France, but now their lowest booking classes are beginning to sell out.  From Eastern Canada, the story is completely different as Air India has introduced a short-term seat sale on their Toronto to New Delhi direct flight. 

With Air India adding 3 extra flights on their Toronto to New Delhi route this year they will expect more passengers, but it looks like they will be forced to reduce prices which means cheap India flights for you.  Currently, Air India has not offered a similar sale from Vancouver to India, but we remain hopeful that will change as we get closer to peak booking season for Canada to India flights.

Regarding the new Air Canada option via London, our national carrier continues to keep prices high in hopes that customers will eventually have no other option but to pay these fares.  Air Canada might have a good strategy as there could be extra passengers flying from Canada to India this year due to the impact of the visa situation from last year.  If the demand for India flights outstrips the supply that the airlines can provide this will force passengers to use more expensive options to secure their flight to India.  While this strategy could backfire by making Air Canada have a last-minute seat sale a few weeks from now, it may be the right move based on previous booking patterns.

Passengers who are looking to fly to India this fall from Toronto are excited by the fact that Air India has introduced a short-term seat sale on their direct flight to New Delhi.  The seat sale on Air India will expire on the 3rd of August.  Air India is allowing travel during the peak period of September to November with return dates of February to April 2025.  If you can purchase these Air India tickets this week you can get them for as low as $1935!  A cheap India flight for you!

For those Toronto to Delhi passengers who are flexible with their outbound dates and only want the cheapest option available the Air France, Delta and KLM group will be your best option.  If you can travel this September and return in October you can get a price of only $1619, which is a significant savings on the Air India direct flight option. Still, it is also a few weeks away from the peak India travel season.

Those passengers departing from Vancouver to India are still flocking to the option provided by Air France and Delta Airlines.  This flight via Paris has been the cheap India flight option to New Delhi from Vancouver for almost 2 months.  The fact that the Olympics in Paris has reduced some tourist travel to the city may have resulted in Air France being so aggressive in the India market for so long.  The Air France option is available for only $1449.

For passengers who prefer the direct flight on Air India, it is available from Vancouver for only $1975.  The direct flight Air India service does include two free bags and the best schedule for those departing from Vancouver, so many folks are prepared to pay a premium.

As we are now at the beginning of the peak India booking season, we are starting to see the airlines react to booking patterns and provide seat sales to India allowing you to find a cheap India flight!  We expect continued drops in airfare as there have been significant capacity increases from Canada to India this year, but with many travellers booked already, now is the time to secure your cheap flight to India!
