India has Finally Re-Instated E-Visa Facility for Canadians!

Big news this week if you are planning to travel to India from Canada!  The Indian government has re-instated the E-visa facility for Canadians who require a visa.  Now Canadian tourists can once again easily obtain a visa for travel to India!  Now that full visa services have been restored, we have seen a huge jump in bookings for India travel.  With cheap flights to India available this winter from both Toronto and Vancouver and diplomatic tensions starting to ease, more people have decided that they will get out of the cold Canadian winter and go to a warmer Indian climate.

Also, in another big piece of airline news Saudia Airlines will be returning to Toronto after a very long absence.  Previously Saudi was providing amazing cheap flights to India and once they settle back into this market, it will probably make sense for them to do it again to stimulate business after so many years away from the country.  Right now, they are the lowest-priced option in the market this winter, but the flight schedule is not great with long layovers in each direction.  As they get more comfortable being back in Canada most likely that will change as they did significant business on the Toronto to Delhi route in years past.  Saudia will be another great option for cheap Indian flights from Canada.

For passengers leaving from Toronto to Delhi the biggest seller right now is Turkish Airways as they are providing lower prices than the competition, meaning cheap India flights for you!  Leaving this winter, you can find a price of $1950 which is lower than it has been in a few weeks.  Air India is also very competitive as their price on the direct flight service from Toronto to New Delhi is only $2327, which means that for only a few hundred dollars more you can save a significant amount of time on your Toronto to India flight!

Passengers departing from Vancouver are once again finding cheap India flights especially compared to those in Toronto.  Turkish Airways is being aggressive in the same manner as they are out East.  Currently, there are prices this winter to Delhi via Istanbul for only $1690!  While many are still opting for the direct flight service on Air India, many are also shifting to Turkish Airways as the price difference is substantial.  As an example, Air India is priced at $2150 on the same dates that Turkish Airways is $500 less.  Now that demand has been restricted due to many factors, we are starting to see the competitive nature of the business beginning to take shape which means cheap India flights for you!

Once again, the biggest news of the week is that e-visas have been re-instated for travel to Canada!  We have seen a massive rush of bookings as customers are excited to once again easily be able to see friends and family in India.  As there is still a long winter ahead in Canada many have shifted their plans to travel in 2024 instead of the festival season that has just passed by.  As there are still cheap India flights available from Canada now is the time to book before prices go up!
